چشمه آبگرم شهرستان دلفان در استان لرستان به عنوان یک جاذبه گردشگری سلامت و درمان، همچون الماسی در دامنه‌های رشته کوه زاگرس می‌درخشد.

این چشمه در60 کیلومتری غرب شهر نورآباد و در بین 2 رشته کوه «گله» و «سفیدکوه» در زاگرس و در محل تلاقی 3 رودخانه گاماسیاب، گیزه رود و سیمره، واقع شده است.

این جاذبه طبیعی به عنوان یک مکان در حوزه گردشگری درمانی، همه ساله پذیرای هزاران گردشگر و دوستدار طبیعت است.

وجود این چشمه زیبای طبیعی در این منطقه سرسبز با چشم‌انداز زیبای رشته کوه زاگرس به نحوی زیبا چشم هر بیننده را نوازش می‌دهد و دل هر نظاره‌گر را آرام می‌کند. دکتر «محمد معین» در کتاب فارسی خود از این منطقه به عنوان یکی از زیباترین جاذبه‌های گردشگری و تنگه‌های ایران یاد کرده است.

چشمه آبگرم دلفان با آبدهی 30 لیتر در ثانیه و دمای 60 درجه سانتی‌گراد از دامنه کوه گله از اعماق زمین می‌جوشد و توسط اهالی این منطقه یک حوضچه کوچک سیمانی برای استفاده از آن احداث شده است.

آبشار شیرز در موقعیت جغرافیایی E4729 N3349 در استان لرستان واقع است. شهرستان کوهدشت از نقاط بسیار زیبا و بکر استان لرستان است که در 120 کیلومتری غرب خرم آباد واقع است. این شهرستان از طوایف و عشایر بسیاری تشکیل شده که اکثر آن ها به کشاورزی و دامپروری مشغولند. از مکان های دیدنی آن می توان از آبشار شیرز واقع در تنگه شیرز و کوه کاکیزه نام برد که در اطراف اولاد قباد در بیست کیلومتری شمال غرب کوهدشت واقع است. مسیری که از اولاد قباد تا دارابی امتداد دارد از میان کوه کاریزه گذشته و به واقع بکر و دیدنی است. این مسیر از درختان زیبای بلوط پوشیده شده و زیبایی های طبیعت این منطقه جای تحقیق فراوان دارد. همچنین مجسمه ها و آثار تاریخی فراوانی که از این منطقه بدست آمده منحصربفرد بوده و نشان از تاریخ کهن این دیار دارد.
